My passion is helping people discover their talents and skills, and then coaching them through their career transition or progression. Helping people find a job that aligns with their values and growth goals, and leading people to be the best versions of their best selves. I believe that recruiting is all about personal relationships built on integrity, transparency, and trust.

I also help companies with People and Culture services: to attract talent, retain top talent, provide career development paths, training and development programs, succession planning, and performance management plans.
